Return coach travel from The Emirates Stadium to Anfield for the Women's Super League fixture on Saturday 16th May 2026 at 13:00. 

 

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS TRAVEL ONLY AND NOT A MATCH TICKET.

ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


Eligibility
Travel is available to Arsenal Women Supporters in possession of a valid match ticket purchased from the ticket office. Please ensure you have bought your match tickets before making your travel arrangements.

Itinerary
Your itinerary and allocated coach number will be sent to you via email by 4pm on Thursday 14th May 2026.

 

Below are the current proposed timings however there is the possibility these could change; final timings will be confirmed on your itinerary.

 

Please note: you must travel on your allocated coach for the duration of the journey. This is non-negotiable.

* The coach is planned to return to Emirates Stadium. However, if the Men’s fixture against Burnley is scheduled at a time that impacts road closures around the stadium, the return drop-off location may change. Any alternative drop-off point will be within close proximity to Emirates Stadium.

 

When Travelling With The Club You Must:

  • Carry your travel confirmation at all times
  • Carry photographic ID (this will be checked at the point of boarding)
  • Not smoke (including the use of electronic cigarettes)
  • Not carry alcohol (please be aware that this amounts to an offence under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol) Act 1985.
  • Not carry any object capable of being construed or used as an offensive weapon
  • Conduct yourself in a manner befitting a representative of the Club and not do anything or procure anything which might bring the name or reputation of the Club into disrepute

 

 

Arrival Times

We recommend supporters arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the confirmed departure time in order to board in a timely manner. Departure times will not be delayed.

Kindly note, car parking will not be available at Emirates Stadium.

Alcohol
Please note that BY LAW, no alcohol is allowed to be taken or consumed on board. Any supporter found in possession of alcohol will be refused travel. Supporters who are under the influence of alcohol will be refused travel.

Arsenal FC Supporter Travel General Terms & Conditions Welcome to Official Arsenal FC Supporter Travel, operated by Corporate Travel Management Group Pty Ltd. ACN 005 000 895 1) Bookings a) All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). b) To make an application, fill in our on-line application form and your application will be considered for eligibility by the club. c) Please ensure the spelling of christian names and surnames of your complete travelling party are as per the traveller’s passport. Failure to provide correct spelling as per your passport will incur amendment fees. d) All applications are subject to qualification for an official match ticket and will be confirmed once your eligibility has been confirmed. e) On all bookings where more than one passenger is travelling the person making the booking on behalf of his/her travelling companions will be deemed to have accepted the booking terms and conditions on behalf of all his/her travelling companions. f) Please ensure membership details provided are correct and please note in the Requests Box if any names that differ on your membership to your passport. g) When applications of more than 1 person are made, the whole booking's qualifying criteria is based on the lowest qualifying supporter in the group. 2) Schedule of Payments a) We require payment information upon applications however payment will not be taken until your application has been confirmed as successful. b) Balance of payment is due at the time of becoming successful. Should we be unable to collect payment then your application will be cancelled. Documentation including tickets will not be issued prior to receipt and bank clearance of full payment. c) Sports Travel Management accept the following forms of payment: i) Visa or MasterCard d) A signed credit card authorisation form is required from all clients making payment via telephone or email prior to the release of travel documentation. 3) Cancellation and Refunds a) All deposits are non-refundable. b) All cancellations must be made in writing. c) All cancellations received once a booking has been confirmed: totally non-refundable unless otherwise specified. d) In the event of cancellation or postponement (by the event promoter) of a certain event due to unforeseen circumstances, Sports Travel Management will not be responsible for the cancellation of the event, nor can Sports Travel Management guarantee a full refund. Travel Insurance is recommended to cover you for such loss. e) Sports Travel Management or it’s third party reserve the right either before or during the tour to refuse to carry or accommodate any client which it reasonably considers, in the best interests of all participants in the tour, to be unsuitable by reason of physical or mental condition or unruly behaviour. 4) Amendments a) Any amendments to bookings will incur a Sports Travel Management fee of £10.00 per person per amendment. Additional fees incurred from our third party suppliers will also be added to establish your total amendment charges. b) Names must be given at the time of booking and any shown as TBA will be classed as a name change and there will be a charge. c) When amending air tickets, Sports Travel Management will be guided by the terms and conditions as specified by the airline. d) Amendments to names can be up to 5pm 7 days prior to the first day of the trip. A name change charge will apply. Amended names must qualify for an official match ticket from the club. Any change requests made after this day will not be accepted and will be treated as a full cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. 5) Special Assistance a) If you or anyone on your booking needs any special assistance for reduced mobility, disability or any other medical condition, please email us at sport@travelctm.com b) We can give you more information about the accessibility of different services and the assistance available from transport and accommodation suppliers, or at venues. Availability and access to certain services / seating may be limited by the service provider so we recommend you talk to us about what you need before booking. If you book online please add details of any special assistance you need in the Requests Box. 6) Flights a) The airline require all guests to present photographic identification at check-in. b) Most airlines require passengers to check-in at least 60 minutes prior to departure. The airline has the right to refuse boarding to passengers who do not check-in within the required check-in period. c) Most international travel requires a minimum of 6 months validity on passports. d) Ensure you have all the necessary visas when travelling to overseas destinations. 7) Insurance a) Sports Travel Management strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against any unforseen circumstances. b) All insurance policies are subject to terms, conditions and exclusions. Please carefully read and retain the policy in a safe place. If you have any questions contact our office. 8) Travelling with Friends a) If you would like to travel with supporters who have booked separately to you, please make a note of their booking reference number in the Requests Box. b) We will try to meet this request however it cannot be guaranteed. DISCLAIMER Sports Travel Management is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by this company such as airline tickets, hotel accommodations, event tickets, ground transportation, meals, tours and cruises. This company, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveller in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers or booking after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members. The Client, by engaging the company and making deposit and/ or full payment for the package arrangement specified, acknowledges the position of the company as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers. Rates are subject to changes without notice. Tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent of all provisions stated herein.
