Understanding the CTM Sport travel offering
CTM Sport will offer, where possible, two routes to each away fixture:
Route 1 will depart from the Emirates Stadium, travelling directly to the fixture stadium.
Route 2 will depart from Gillingham, stopping at South Mimms Services and further appropriate service stations along the route, where necessary.
AWAY TICKETS POLICY
Tickets must be used by either the member assigned to the booking or by the member with whom the tickets have been transferred to, via the Away Ticket Transfer policy.
Ticket collections will be enforced at specific games to ensure tickets are being used by the correct individuals and third-party collections will not be authorised.
Physical photo identification must be presented by those collecting tickets on the day of the fixture. ID must match the name on the booking. Photographs of ID will not be accepted.
All Domestic Travel includes carbon offsetting costs in line with Arsenal Football Club's sustainability initiative.
